April 11th 2026
10 am - 3 pm Saturday
THEME: Time Travel: When Then Becomes Now
đź’« There are moments when your experience includes more than the present, and the past comes rushing in, without permission, and often without awareness. What you are feeling is real; it just may not belong entirely to the present.
This workshop explores the places where time hasn’t fully moved on. Really, that is what "constellation" is - no matter the theme or which door we enter through.
In family constellation work, we often find that what feels like a present-day struggle is connected to something older.
What we struggle with is personal and systemic (it often has a lineage).
In April's workshop, we will gently explore:
* the moments that still feel “active” inside you
* the patterns that seem to repeat, even when you try to change them
* the emotional reactions that feel bigger than the situation in front of you
* the ways the past continues to shape the present
* the moments when you get pulled back in time
💫Through guided constellation work, you’ll have the opportunity to see what’s been hidden, give language to what hasn’t been named, and begin to explore what is yours, what belongs to the system, and where these places overlap.
Constellation gives up the opportunity to experience shifts and gather new perspectives. When we give the past its place, it doesn't have to take every place and with that, our present and futures are more available to us.
đź©·No prior experience with constellation work is needed.
Lunch Provided by CHOCS (Coffee House on Cherry Street)
4 CEU’s Available
With Michelle Bias - MA, and Lynda Jacobs - LPC
