Once we can see where a pattern lives, something new becomes possible: taking a different place in relation to it. In this workshop, the family turns around. The same parents, grandparents, and siblings who handed us our struggles can also stand behind and beside us as a source of strength, facing forward with us, toward life.
This is internal work - out pictured. Whether your family is close, complicated, estranged, or no longer living, the coming together happens within you.
And what changes in you doesn't stop with you. It moves down the line, to the ones who come after.
