10 am - 3 pm SATURDAY
TOPIC: A WIDER VIEW, A Two-Part Series
You've done the work. You understand it. And still, it comes back.
Self-doubt. The critical inner voice. Anger that flares faster than you'd like. Feeling less than, or the lonely work of always needing to be better than. Some patterns return no matter how much insight we bring to them, and that persistence is information.
Often what keeps coming back isn't only ours. It may be a loyalty to someone who came before us. It may be a feeling we carry on behalf of a parent or grandparent. Or it may be a place we took among our siblings long before we were old enough to choose it.
In this experiential workshop, we place the pattern within the family system, alongside parents, grandparents, and siblings, and watch where it goes. Who does it turn toward? Where does it seem to belong? Brief teachings anchor what we see, but most of the learning happens standing up, in the movements themselves.
Bring: the thing that keeps coming back. You don't need to know where it comes from. That's what we're here to see.
Part 1, $165
Part 2, $165
Lunch Provided by CHOCS (Coffee House On Cherry Street)
4 CEU’s Available for each workshop
With Michelle bias - MA, and Lynda Jacobs - LPC
