March 7, 2026 Workshop
March 7th 2026
10 am - 3 pm Saturday
THEME: THE COMPANY WE KEEP—The Work Of Being Together
Each of us is shaped by relationships we can name and many we cannot. Some are obvious and ongoing. Others belong to earlier chapters of our lives and the lives of our ancestors yet continue to influence how we move, choose, and relate.
This workshop explores the visible and invisible relationships that shape our experience across intimate partnerships, business relationships, close friendships, and family bonds. We’ll look at how these connections influence our sense of belonging, authority, trust, responsibility, and direction.
Family systems play a central role in this landscape. Inherited patterns, unconscious loyalties, and internalized identifications often organize how we respond to closeness, conflict, success, and separation. At times we find ourselves repeating familiar relational positions — with partners, colleagues, or friends — without fully understanding why.
At the same time, our lives are not shaped by difficulty alone. Many of us carry the imprint of healthy influences: a mentor who recognized something in us, a teacher who opened a door, a neighbor who offered steadiness, a friend who modeled reciprocity. These relationships can become quiet resources within the system, offering strength, perspective, and support.
Through systemic constellation work, we will explore the broader relational field in which each person stands. This includes family members from previous generations, significant relationships from the past, and larger organizing forces that influence connection and choice. Some of these influences are personal. Others arise from collective histories that reach beyond the immediate family.
Together, we’ll examine how these dynamics shape current partnerships, professional life, friendships, and self-perception. We’ll also explore why certain relational patterns repeat and what shifts when hidden influences are acknowledged and placed in a more appropriate position within the system.
Participants will have the opportunity to experience Family Constellations, an experiential process that brings relational dynamics into view. As the system reorganizes, many people notice greater clarity about the roles they occupy, the responsibilities they carry, and the relationships that genuinely support their lives.
