Our Team

  • Lynda Jacobs, LPC

Lynda Jacobs is a licensed professional counselor, fiber artist, and lover of the natural world. She is certified in both Hakomi Therapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and has extensive training in Systemic Family Constellations.

Lynda’s approach weaves together somatic awareness, an intergenerational lens, mindful inquiry, depth psychology, wisdom traditions, and evidence-based practices. Her work is not about “fixing” but about collaboration—walking alongside others with respect and a deep belief in their capacity to shape a life that is more embodied, more free, and more connected.

In addition to her private practice, Lynda co-facilitates Resources for the Long Haul, a small group experience supporting helpers in sustaining themselves. She is also the creator of The Prayer Flag Project, a community-based project that uses eco-printing to create prayer flags—offering creativity, compassion, and blessings in response to the challenges of our time.
